Let's
get started
Therapy is about offering a confidential and supportive environment to speak and be listened to about anything that you want to talk about, or work through. I am a psychodynamic therapist who incorporates CBT
(cognitive behavioural therapy).
Discovering Yourself,
One Insight at a Time
Together we explore your life, your mind and your past with an aim to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and different perspective. With this understanding, we will start to notice patterns and beliefs that you hold about yourself, that inform your behaviours. These present opportunities where you are able to experiment or make change, if that is what you want.
Working Together
at Your Pace
I have experience, knowledge and training - but you are the expert on yourself, and your own life. We will work collaboratively, and at a pace appropriate for you. I have a postgraduate diploma in 'Psychodynamic & Psychotherapeutic Counselling' from the University of Brighton, and am an accredited member of the 'British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy' (BACP).
